Resa loves a design challenge! She brings a creative approach to her design projects and is passionate about thoughtful little details. Having practiced in the design industry for over 20 years, she has had a range of roles from designer to project manager to construction manager. She has designed award winning, high profile spaces for many different sectors, including corporate, retail, hospitality, multi-family residential, and single family residential. Her experience in construction management gives her a greater understanding of cost and buildablity while designing a project.
She and her husband live in Malden with their young daughter and goofy Labrador. In their free time, you can find them exploring the Fells Reservation, experimenting with new recipes, or working on home renovation projects.
RESA GRAY NCIDQ LEED-AP, PARTNER
Ann wants to make your construction dreams come true! After 20 years pacticing commercial architecture in Boston she fell in love with residential design - build projects, and helping clients create the spaces that they have always dreamed about. Her career has included projects as large as an award winning Boston hotel, renovation of a historic Boston church, and as small as a playful little Cape Cod cottage. She has experience working in many local municipalities and attention to detail to pull together the most complex projects.
She and her husband live in Somerville and spend their free time playing with their young son and two Boston Terriers, and working on their own (numerous) renovation projects.
